Mr. Winston Jin - Senior Attorney & Chief Partner

Prior to forming Fangben, Mr. Jin had taught at an university for many years. He has written articles and lectured widely on international matters.
Mr. Jin received his master's degree in international business law from a graduate program jointly sponsored by Johns Hopkins University and Nanjing University in 1989, and was admitted to practice in 1986. Mr. Jin is also an Arbitrator of CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission).

Prior to forming Fangben, Ms. Zou served many banks as their senior advisor.
Ms. Zou received her bachelor's degree from the Law School of Soochow University in 1986. She commenced her lawyering practice in 1986.

Ms. Fan was admitted to practice in 1990. She graduated in 1986 from East China Law Institute with L.L.B degree granted, and in 2002 she received her master's degree.

Prior to joining Fangben, Ms. Shi was a teacher of Law School of Soochow University as well as a lawyer of Soochow Law Office.
Ms. Shi was admitted to practice in 1995. She received her Master's degree in international business law from the Law School of Soochow University in 1996.
Mr. Xiaopeng Wu - Partner

Before he started at Fangben, Mr. Wu received his bachlor's degree in engineering from Huazhong University of Science & Technology in 1994 and then received his Master's degree in international business law from Soochow University in 1999.
In year 2000, Mr. Wu got his qualification of Patent Attorney from State Patent Office of PRC, and in year 2003, he became a Certified Project Professional in IPMP.
Mr. Li received his bachelor's degree in law from Law School, University of Soochow in 2002. Before he joined Fangben, he was an In-house Counselor of some Multinational Group.
Mr. Li was admitted to practice in 2004.
Mr. Xian received his bachelor's degree in LAW from Peking University in 2001 as well as his bachelor's degree in ECONOMICS from Northwestern University in 1999.
Before he joined Fangben, he was an in-house counselor to one of the major foreign invested IC manufacturing companies in Shanghai.

Mr. Zhang joined Fangben in 2006. He mainly provides legal services in the areas of international M&A, contract, corporate governance, international trade and investment, as well as maritime.
Mr. Zhang received his LL.B degree from Law School, Soochow Uniersity in 2003, and gained his LL.M in international economic law from Law School, Xiamen Universityin 2006.

Johnson Jiang graduated from the Law School of Nanjing University，and joined Fangben in 2004. He specializes in foreign investment, construction, employment and business contract.
He is acting as a legal counsel to many foreign invested enterprises in Great Shanghai Area.
Ms. zhang joined Fangben in 2007. She provides support on foreign direct investment, international M&A, corporate organization and governance, contracts and labor issues.
Ms. zhang received her Master's degree in constitutional law and administrative law from the Law School of Jilin University in 2007.
Ms. Yang joined Fangben in 2007. She specializes in foreign direct investment, international M&A, corporate organization and governance, contracts, labor issue and foreigners work permits.
Ms. Yang received her Master's degree in international economic law from Law School, University of Nanjing University in 2007.
Ms. Ju graduated from the Law School of Nanjing University,she joined Fangben in 2006.
Ms.Ju specializes in providing legal services in the areas of Contract,Criminal cases and Securities.She has experience on IPO and Securities Legal Sevices.
